Gift Voucher Questions

Which code on my voucher do I enter?

If you have one code please enter the full code, if you have mutiple codes it will depend on which company you purchased the voucher from please see the instructions below. 


We need the following in the exact order set out below. 

  • Groupon code
  • Security Code
  • Please seperate the two codes with a hyphen.

Please remember to activcate your voucher before booking this will give you an EX booking number which we will need.

Do I need to bring my voucher with me on the day?

Yes you will need to bring your voucher with you on the day. Failure to produce a valid voucher on the day of your experience means that full payment will be required to cover the cost of the jump before you will be allowed to proceed with registration. This payment will be refunded on receipt of a valid voucher in the post alongside a completed deposit refund form within 28 days of your jump date.

I've lost my voucher and I'm booked in, can I still jump?

No - you will need to contact the company who issued your voucher for a replacement or get them to contact us in writing to state that you can go ahead with your jump. 

Reason - we need your voucher to recieve payment from the voucher company you bought it from.

My voucher has expired can I still book in?

Strictly speaking no, however different voucher companies have different policies on this. If you live in an area we don't visit often or you know a specific date that you would like to book in for then we maybe able to help. Please include details of where you purchased the voucher and your voucher number 0845 319 5767.

My gift voucher has almost expired - can I extend my voucher?

We are willing to extend customers' gift vouchers for a maximum of 6 months.

In order to extend your gift voucher you will need to receive a Voucher Extension Form from our Customer Care Team on 0845 319 5767, which you will need to return to us via Recorded Delivery along with your gift voucher.  Vouchers will be extended for 6 months from the original expiry date and we are only able to extend your voucher once.

Please note a £10 per person administration fee applies when extending your gift voucher. The administration fee must be paid prior to receiving the Voucher Extension Form.

Conditions apply.  There are certain vouchers that we are unfortunately unable to extend, and there are some that we are able to extend if the expiry date occurred withiin the past two months.  Please contact us for more details on 0845 319 5767 or send us an enquiry.
